MSG

by ShalomHealth / Monday, 16 January 2017 / Published in Diet

You guys don’t get it…its simple. All neurotransmitters are made of protein. We know to get protein you have to eat. So every neurological disorder is a digestion problem.

For example, epileptic seizures is a problem with glutamate excitotoxicity causing oxidative stress, damage and inflammation which destroys the structure of the nerve cell reducing the amount of synoptic connections and inhibiting the communication between neurons and nerve cells.

So what is glutamate you may ask….it is a very important and abundant neurotransmitter that plays a role in normal brain function. However when there’s too much glutamate, it can bind to nerve cells and become over excited to the point it short circuits and fry out.

Avoid foods that have large amounts of free glutamates in them like wheat dairy, soy, fermented foodsimage (4) and any foods with MSG. MSG is actually mono sodium glutamate which causes the frying of nerve cells.

It doesn’t matter if it was ADHD, Schizophrenia, anxiety or depression. Fix your gut and you’ll fix your brain! Don’t forget Ras told you this….
